Ive been in the beauty industry for more then a decade so believe it or not full face light therapy is not a surprise to me. Blue light is for helping with one type of skin and Red light is for helping with other skin types so no matter the user or problem areas or age of the user you can have a super specific benefit from using this home hands free full face LED light. I would recommend relaxing. It has a really neat timer. Do it twice if you have time I believe there is no actual overuse that would occur. I paired it with the gel cleanser and peptide serum. Amazing soft skin ensued. My daughter has severe acne and she paired it with her version of acne cleanser and another serum resulting in less red spots and she was asking for more the next day as well. High end Salons charge a lot of money for one sitting and you would need multiple uses on this device to see any benefit. The silicone molds to your face and will result in no discomfort.
